이란에 의료기기 용품 수출 시 이란 보건부(MOHME) 산하 기관인 국립 의료기기국(IMED)에 의료기기 인허가를 받으셔야 합니다.

의료기기 위험도에 따라 Class A 부터 D까지 4등급으로 나뉘어 지며 인허가시 이란 현지에 대리인을 지정하셔야 합니다.
등급별 절차는 아래와 같습니다.
※현지 바이어에 따라 규정에 언급에 되어 있지 않는 FDA 인증도 요구되어지니 추가로 확인 하셔야 합니다.
Class A 인허가 절차
1. Registering manufacture information
2. Introducing of qualified technical manager
3. Establishment of Quality Management System (obtaining ISO 13485: 2016 certificate from approved CBs
4. Register the product information with the necessary documents
1.4 Completion of the Declaration of Conformity
4.2 Presentation of labels and accompanying documents
4-3 Attachment of Suppliers List (BOM)
4-4 Applying Operation Process Chart (OPC)
5- Presentation of films and photos of the place and production conditions
Class B 인허가 절차
1. Registering manufacture information
2. Introducing of qualified technical manager
3. Establishment of Quality Management System (obtaining ISO 13485: 2016 certificate from approved CBs
4. Register the product information with the necessary documents
5- Provision of technical documents approved by the NB, together with the Technical File Review, or the provision of the CE, and the certificate of compliance with the legal requirements of National Medical Device Directorate, are obligatory from the NB.
Class C & D 인허가 절차
1. Registering manufacture information
2. Introducing of qualified technical manager
3. Establishment of Quality Management System (obtaining ISO 13485: 2016 certificate from approved CBs
4. Register the product information with the necessary documents
5- Provision of technical documents approved by the NB, together with the Technical File Review, or the provision of the CE, and the certificate of compliance with the legal requirements of National Medical Device Directorate, are obligatory from the NB.
